Web & Brand

The company the website.

Custom-coded websites and brand identity for owner-led businesses… built by White Sage to match the company you've become.

A custom-coded site and a brand that carries the whole company. No templates, ever.

The problem

They looked you up before they replied.

  • Referrals check the site before they reply.

  • The brand reads smaller than the operation behind it.

  • Template sites read as template companies.

  • First impressions happen without you in the room.

What we build

  • Custom websites

Designed and coded from scratch, for this business only.

  • Brand identity

Positioning, messaging, and the look that carries both.

  • Rebuilds

The site you have, brought up to the company you are.

  • Technical foundation

Fast, structured, and built to be found.

How we work

Findings first. We look at how the business runs and where the site loses it… then design to fix what's costing you, not to redecorate.

  • One flat project fee. No hourly meter.

  • Built to keep earning after launch. We don't disappear when it ships.

What owners ask

Why custom-coded instead of WordPress or Webflow?

Because your website is the front door of the business, and template platforms put that front door inside someone else's constraints. Custom code loads faster, holds up under real traffic, and gets built to look like your firm instead of a theme with your logo on it. It's also just how we work... we'd rather build the thing right than rent a shortcut.

What does a custom website cost?

It depends on scope, so we set scope before we quote. You get one flat project fee... not an hourly meter... and the fee is set by what the site has to do, not by a package tier. The diagnosis usually comes first, so the site gets built against real findings instead of guesses.

How long does a build take?

The timeline gets fixed at scoping, along with the fee. Smaller sites move quickly, bigger builds take longer... what we don't do is let a project drift. You know the date before we start.

What happens to our existing site and search presence during a rebuild?

The old site stays live until the new one is ready, and the cutover is planned so your existing pages, links, and search standing carry over instead of resetting. The move is a step we design, not an afterthought.

Do you write the copy too?

Yes. The words are part of the build... the site gets written and designed as one piece, in your business's voice, not designed first and filled with placeholder text later.

The findings come first.

Two short conversations. Between them, we do the digging… and come back with a dollar figure on the one or two gaps costing you most. Yours to keep, either way.
